respectful, knowledgeable, and honest in communicating with both father and son. He did it in a way there were no hard feelings and both sides left the conversation feeling confident it was the best move for all involved.
Those kind of communication skills are rare, and will reap dividends down the road for BYU IMO. He'll be a great ambassador for our program and the church, and no doubt should win the respect of his peers in the Big12. Let's hope he makes the appropriate adaptations to the college environment and be a legacy coach for the Cougs!
