and I probably had the fewest administrative annoyances at BYU. Parking, class registration and overall administrative competence were far better at BYU. I'll give you that the dress and grooming standards can be annoying - I once got a letter in the mail from the HC office for not shaving before taking a test. But overall there were far fewer annoyances at BYU.
