We're taking a family vacation this summer to a beach house between Newport and Waldport. I figured somebody here on CB has to know that area pretty well. Any favorite beaches there? My daughters really want to explore some nice tide pools. Also, how about nice hikes not too far? Or good seafood nooks that you found and love? Any suggestions will be helpful. My 17-year-old thinks he'll be bored there for a week, so I want to have a good array of things to do.
