Correction.
The Institute is already part of the UU's Health Services umbrella. But it has been operating as affiliated entity who's operations and revenue stream have been independent of the Health Services.
Huntsman's claim that this is a power crab might be correct, from his point of view. The UU maybe trying to streamline the entire Health Services operations and eliminate redundancy.
