Perhaps it is better to drop the term TV and just talk about broadcasts. The games will continue to to be shown and distributed in some way... it is just not going to be through a traditional cable or satellite provider. Networks will still produce the games and distribute them through whatever services are available to distribute them.
It appears clear that the exorbitant amounts of money we've seen in the last decade will shrink, but it will not go away. For the foreseeable future conferences will still be best equipped to package and negotiate the broadcast inventory. You may not watch it through traditional methods but most of us will still watch it.
