The volume and the type of injuries highlight a theme

Liz franks, achilles and the majority of lower body injuries show that the techniques being used are injury prone.

I am not claiming to be expert but I have listened to enough experts and read enough on this topic to clearly see that the injuries were not just bad luck. There is an underlying issue that is increasing the probability of injury.
