that utah state fans like to call hippo but it is actually called HIPAA. There are a lot of things that would be wise to not comment on. The health status and injury status of specific players is one of them. I also doubt they want a report like you are asking for publicly sent out.

I know people know about this law but many people don't realize how far reaching and somewhat vague it actually is. There are actually a few lawsuits that are being started with pop warner age kids where a trainer took a kids helmet due to concussion symptoms and required a Dr. letter to let them play again and parents filed suit because they diagnosed the kid and shared the diagnosis with non health care individuals and they will probably win the lawsuit.
