no watching the grill to make sure it's done and not have to move ones around that may be getting overcooked or are thinner. Then you just finish it on the grill for one minute. Honestly I think people that make fun of it think the prep is hard or something. You salt them all and put them in a bag and throw it in to a pot of water. The prep takes just a couple of minutes. It's cooking for dummies.
