How do those contraptions handle burgers? Same idea? No worry about overcooking?
CB has me incredibly intrigued.

Man, I love how evenly and perfectly Sous Vide cooks steak.

Me neither, but I just have a hard time believing it comes out better tasting than grilled.

No, there's no water touching any food.

Just try it. Seriously. I don’t know if I’ve seen a post by someone who’s used it and didn’t like it. And

I think I'll look into getting one, then.

They’re ok, but it’s kind of a hassle. Sort of gathers dust for us.

I try to limit the amount of kitchen gadgets I own.

I'll take it off your hands. Wouldn't want that harmful dust around.

Have you ever eaten at a nice steakhouse? If so, you've had 1 sous vide cooked

I bought one last month and the first thing I cooked was a ribeye.

How long do you have the steak in the water bath?

It depends on how thick the steak is, and how you want it cooked. That steak called for 45 minutes at 131.5 degrees.

Most steaks you put in for an hour. You can do a bunch at a time
