In my mind the difference in leadership styles between those two coaches is night and day.  Some of the principles have to be the same... ie unique aspects of BYU being a church sponsored school but the two coaches could not be more different in how they relate to fans, media, student athletes, assistant coaches, recruiting, etc.  The charisma factor is just way higher with Kalani and in the long run I think that makes a big difference.
