I don't think this coaching staff cares about star rankings. I really don't. I think coach Lamb is the driver on this, he has a knack for identifying great recruits.
The coaching staff has shown an ability to identify players early (Kaho, Latu, etc)... evidence is the early offers that have gone out way before the stars and other scholarship offers come in.
Listening to Coach... there are more deserving players every year than scholarships available.
