Working in the logistics and shipping arena, we had and have carriers that struggle to find and keep drivers. Being in your same vicinity a lot of times driver's go back and forth to the oil fields where they can make better money.

This is what I'd say - I've driven truck in horrible Wyoming conditions that only a human with experience can deal with.
