I worked out for the first time in a month without noticeable back pain
Last week, I started doing a little 10 minute pilates circuit at home before going to the gym. It seems to help loosen the muscles up before hitting the weights.

And because I wasn't battling pain, I had more strength and energy today, which was nice.
