Oh well that's a pretty good endgame. I've always done just enough to play
sports and stay fit, but I decided that I still get hurt too often and have too many lingering aches. So it's time to take things seriously. Oh and I'd like to go back to being able to almost or actually dunk. I've seen enough older guys pull this off so it makes me think why not? But I apparently don't have sufficient strength to do this so off to the squat rack, deadlift, and power clean I go.
