Much cheaper to build & easy enough. Can get plans online if you want. I'd do a concrete pad
but can build a wood floor too. Best part about building yourself is you can make it more solid w/ better materials while still staying below budget. You can frequently find new shingles, windows, or siding at Restore that's enough for a shed and next to nothing in price.
