fixed some of the rot issues, gave it a fresh coat of paint, and ran power out to it.

The power was really easy - my FIL gave me a contractors extension cord (very heavy duty), which I tapped into an outlet that had only two other outlets on that breaker. I ran the the cord through PVC conduit and buried it, and it comes up straight next to the front door, with one outlet and one light switch. Super simple and works wonderfully.

I agree with everyone that said to build it rather than buy it, if you don’t mind the work. It’s fun.
