What handicaps precisely? It’s far-fetched to even consider your conjecture, but
you seem earnest and sincere in your question so let’s explore biologically whether it’s even possible.

I say possible because it’s not reasonable. Hundreds of millions of vaccines have been administered over the decades now. The evidence if unassailable that vaccines prevent crippling and/or deadly diseases. The number of correlations between handicaps and those who have been vaccinated shortly beforehand is so small it is statistically insignificant. To try to draw any sort of causal connection to the two is extremely dubious at best.
