Really? 80,000 people died from the flu last year.
Seems far more dangerous than "guns" and a whole host of other "important" issues people can't stop making laws for...

Far fewer died from drunk driving incidents, which you cited as a crucial thing we specifically need a law for. That only results in about 10,000 deaths per year.

Last time I checked, there was a flu "vaccine".
