Feeling too tight and lack of energy. I do like the idea of getting my workouts done in the morning for how I feel after and the convenience of showering once a day. I always feel like my workouts just aren't as effective and I'm more likely to hurt myself with tight ligaments/joints that haven't loosened up yet.
I realize for energy you all take the preworkouts, but for the tight body, is that something that anyone else deals with? Is it just doing more warm-up time and starting more slowly?
Gererally I workout at either lunch time or 5 ish. Workout using onsite gym here at work.
