But my knees and Achilles are part of the areas that I worry about in the morning. I like the idea of doing the dynamic workouts that are more focused on the areas I'll be working. It's usually my upper body around neck shoulders that I don't get loosened up enough and pull or strain a muscle. So I'll look up some better dynamic warmups to help with those areas. Never really used a foam roller so I'll have to look into how to use it right.
