If this is the only time you would be going, I push it until your kids are little older they so can do all the harry
potter stuff and Disney. Your young kids will not be able to many of the harry potter rides unless I guess your youngest is 6.

Kids under 10 will probably enjoy Disney more. Universal would be great if kids
