We did after hours at Hollywood Studios in January and it was a really great way to hit up the park. They limit how many people can get in. In 3 hours we were able to ride 13 rides with no waits at all. You could do Universal for most of the trip but then add on a night of Disney After Hours to hopefully see Galaxy's Edge.
