Total vegetation killer, trim them down to the ground, bag them up and put in trash, pre emergent, till it up.

Be aware there are two kinds of total vegetation killers. One kind treats the plants and kills anything

Pulling them will do nothing. They will just grow back.

Pulling weeds is just pruning weeds; they'll spring back immediately. Gotta use RoundUp.
