You are blaming FIFA for a team being overmatched.

That is pretty weak. FIFA has rules set into place to allow a certain amount of teams from each region and even then there is give and take. I am not sure how I would set it up better. That being said you don't beat a team at the World Cup 13-0. Show some class.
