I'm a big fan of Apples 3D touch. It's a huge part of how I interact with my iPhone... for example, when I want to call my wife I just push-hold the phone icon and my 'favorites' pop up. I then just click my wife's picture and it makes the call (Simple, fast and efficient one-handed dialing).
I've been using the beta's of iOS 13 for a few weeks now and 3D touch has almost been completely removed. At first, I thought it was just a bug in the beta... I would push-hold on the phone icon and nothing happens. Then I noticed its a tricky push-hold-wait-release type motion to bring up the favorites pop-up.
In Beta 3 things are more refined... but there is no 3D touch on the SpringBoard (SpringBoard is the iOS icon launcher).
A few people are saying that maybe it will come back in future beta's, but if I had to guess I'd say 3D touch is gone.
