I guess to answer your other questions, I
of course tip at full service restaurants. I just double the tax most of the time. Not really going to do more than that.
I might tip for Uber. Some drivers have snacks, or gum, or games you can play. If I take advantage I would tip.
My tip to the cleaning people is to only make them clean the day I leave, and leave very little mess.
