You know who deserves a tip when they do a great job? Movers.

I did that for a summer a year after my mission and that is a tough job. Everyone thinks they are paying through the roof for movers but the actual guys moving make $12-18 an hour and they are busting their hump. If you have a ton of stuff, especially big stuff, and they didn't ding up your home or your things (which is dang tough to do sometimes) tip those dudes.
