No to fast food or cleaning crew at hotels. Yes, better tips to better service.
Typically tip at car washes and about 18-20% at restaurants unless they just sucked (food tasting bad isnt their fault but never coming around again or sulking at the table taking your order or requests would indicate sucking). I don’t believe in giving out unearned money.
