Why is the number 52%? Because we only test people admitted to hospitals (and NBA players). Go try and get tested tomorrow. You won't be able to.
What does this mean? Well unless testing has gotten better (and it has but just barely) an awful lot of the 6300 active cases are going to die. (And we added about 1500 today)
Our reporting is not actually people who just have the coronavirus, but people who need to go to a hospital for it.
