No.. Accura and Lexus both use separate platforms.. not standard Honda & Toyotas

Accura does platform share across a lot of the models (which is an issue for them competing in the space) and the Lexus

I don't think any of their RWD vehicle platforms are shared, at least in the US. All of their SUVs are. The NSX and RL
