Not bragging or anything. Disney is or at least was a supreme example of culture management and a frequent case for OB studies. I’ve read a bunch about their business model.
They don’t do things half-cocked. And them rushing to put something out there that was a suggestion in a meeting a year ago is not their style or their culture. That’s all I’m saying.
I agree that the current environment likely pushed it up on the agenda and the calendar. But I do not believe this was not on their radar until 3 weeks ago. This was in the works.
