Buy the raw ones that you have to cook yourself. Not much effort and almost as good as homemade.

This is a good suggestion. Most of the tortilla flavor is actually the cooking of the flour against the cast iron/comal.

I think they do, but as mentioned above, if you've got a MX grocery store, they likely make them fresh.
