Cheesy Gordita All-American

I'm not a huge fan of those refrigerated dough tortillas because the stuff they use to preserve it and the fat just don't taste quite right.

Buy the raw ones that you have to cook yourself. Not much effort and almost as good as homemade.

This is a good suggestion. Most of the tortilla flavor is actually the cooking of the flour against the cast iron/comal.
