Having a weak player at RB is usually ok because it’s rare the other team has a strong left wing coming down that side.

I probably prefer 3-1-2 but it depends on personnel. I actually hate having a single striker up front for kids

We play different 1-3-1 for sure. I would hide on the wing. Not that that means anything for the OP question.
