We play 7 in our age group, two on D and four along the front.
For us it’s more about making sure we balance the lineup. A weaker player may start to ensure our first sub group doesn’t suddenly drop our overall ability.
If I said any one position it’s probably one of the defensive spots (knowing a string wing can get back to help). We will also spell one of the wings with a lesser player when they need rests but only with a string player on defense behind them.
