Rectec customer service overnighted me a part and also walked me through how to bypass the fan with the wiring if I needed to do a temporary workaround.

I left a message over the weekend, thinking I wouldn't hear until their office reopened after the weekend, but the customer service guy called me from his home a couple of hours later to make sure I had what I needed.
