We bought the dang thing 2 years ago at the end of fall thinking we'd do a Turkey that year.

But the auger broke the end of October - and they were backordered, so I didn't get the new part until December. Arggggh!

Last year - we ended up going to family out of town and not cooking a turkey - so no smoker.

This year - with family gatherings down and just being us at home, we were again going to smoke a bird. And now it's broken down AGAIN!

So - 2 out of 3 years no smoking due to parts breaking. I'm glad it's covered by warrantee. At the same time - I'd rather just have it WORK!
