I am a loan officer. The majority of my clients are putting in 15-30 offers. All I do is offer letters for people who offer $30k over asking price and still don’t get a home. It’s frustrating. I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be driving the clients around and writing up the offers lol.
I’m not a fan of realtors. But I do feel for the most part they do more work than we realize. I’ve looked at some of my realtors. I thought their numbers would be up but they are actually down cause it’s so hard to get anything under contract.
For every client that buys a home on the first day there are 10 others that take months even a year to buy.
