I would say the opposite. I bet the average realtor is writing 15-30 offers per

Client before they get one accepted. Do you realize how many homes they show to write that many? Do you know how much research they do? How much time they spend driving around

I’m no fan of realtors. But I don’t go around telling my Dr he sucks cause he spends 2 minutes with me and charges me $300. I think there are plenty of people who work less for more.

Man!! I am defending realtors tonight. Not sure why lol.
