Realtors suck! We are building a home and the construction company requires one

So that our realtor can deal with their realtor so that they don’t have to deal with us. We sought them out to build in the neighborhood and we have to pay 6% of the cost of the home so that they make sure we sign the right papers. Realtors suck. Such a made up job! I have no respect for them. All my business buddy’s at BYU who failed at business jumped into the real estate field and make money for doing little to no work.
