Utah or some specific place where you're seeing a sizeable number of associate contracts paying 25%? (I work with dentists in nearly every state so I'm always curious about things in specific areas of the country)

Most corporate contracts will allow you to exit as needed. Only the really bad ones lock you in for a year at a time.
