That’s probably a little more than where the post-COVID market is, especially for new grads.
Right now you’re looking at 25-30% collections. Worse if you’re getting guarantees and good benefits.

Most corporate contracts will allow you to exit as needed. Only the really bad ones lock you in for a year at a time.
