If anyone disagrees with this, just visit the ER at an NHS hospital in Britain

You will quickly understand that there is a completely different standard of care (much worse) in the UK from what is expected here in the US. Heaven help you if you are actually admitted and put into an open hospital ward with 40 other patients where you have to lay there and listen to every cough, moan or fart from your new friends.
