and would like to lose another 30 or so. But I feel great. I'm doing a low-carb diet which is pretty easy to follow. I have worked out for years, but it is definitely easier with less weight. I never really liked hiking that much, but love it now. There is a singles group that I hike with and am able to keep up with most without losing my breath.
Unfortunately, I have had problems with my right knee as of late. It hurts too much to run, so when I do my cardio before lifting or in between to keep my heart rate up, I do other things. The x-rays said it was arthritis and the cortisone shot lasted about 1 week. I am doing physical therapy, but I don't know if it's helping that much. If I have to get it replaced, I want to wait until after I've lost the rest of the weight. I've maintained my loss for several months, so I guess it's just buckling down being serious about it. The hardest part is when I go on dates, I hate to not eat dessert if my date wants it. I'll have to figure it out.
