It seems most if not all of the extremely overweight people in my circle have a list of lame excuses for why they don't do anything active. Bad knees, chronic fatigue, back pain, heart problems etc.. I guess my biggest problem is they make the assumption that all fit people were born with perfectly healthy bodies and do not experience any of these issues. We are just the genetically gifted ones in their eyes. Truth is I have horrible joints that are really starting to become noticeable if I don't exercise and stretch enough. Most of the problems obese individuals claim as the reason they dont workout are worsened by or a direct result of their weight. Its unreal. They are almost as bad as the anthropology major complaining about their job prospects.
