weekend.

It's become a good reminder for those household maintenance things that I used to forget.

I think I average every 6 months. If I wait too long it gets really loud

Every 6 months. Right before AC season and right before furnace season. There is enough dust I should probably do it

Don't smoke detectors tell you when the battery is low (usually at 3 am)

I buy the cheap filter that says 3 months, and then change them once a month.
