Kalani, even if offered, would not be getting more than that. The difference between 3 and 8 million might be worth a move to Oregon, but is the difference between 3 and 4 million worth it? Especially with the decrease in job security involved?
If I made 3 million at my current job at my current location, would I move to Oregon to make 4 million? With kids still at home, not a chance. If the nest was empty, maybe. However, when you factor in the lower job security Oregon, I would still pass.
