The lifestyle you can live on $3mm in Utah is not much different than the life
You’d live with $8mm. Kalani will make plenty of $$ over his career at BYU and not have to worry about getting fired after a losing season. He is on track to be the next legendary coach at BYU. He will not be legendary anywhere else. Kalani will stay!

It may take a year to get the salary to the Big12 level but it will get there. I doubt asst coach salaries get as close as top Big12 asst level but head coach will. Boosters and coaches circle can make up the difference for a year until the Big12 $$ starts to flow.
