If byu goes about it like the pool fiasco...They wanted to not spend the 25m
for a new building and their plans were said to cost 8 million.
After crews got into the foundation they realized more work was needed.... it cost about 25 million to do it all... so BYU would have been better off building a natatorium.
Odds are the only reason BYU doesn't tear down LES is the history of the building
