It’s really simple. Coat with olive oil and use a good rub. My favorite is
Spade L Ranch.

Depending on how you like your meat, pull it when it’s 10 degrees from that temp and sear it. You can seat it on a cast iron or grill. Or your smoker but I don’t do it cause it wastes pellets.

When it’s seared in all sides and you have a good crust pull it and let it rest for at least 15 minutes. Find the grain and cut against it. This is probably the most important step. If you don’t cut it the right way it will be chewy.
